Thanks for the help. I got the cap off when I took the 3 bolts out that hold the whole thing to the side. Once that happened I was able to move the dial out of its groove and by loosening the nut behind it create enough room to move it forward to get the cap off.
Anyway, thanks for the help.
There is basically no grease in there, so it needed to be done. I bought the baler used.
