I needed a hydraulic filter for a john deere forklift.I have an account at napa and get most of my parts there. They said the filter list for 140 bucks and they would sell it to me for 70.I called John deere and the filter list for 49 bucks.I needed a master cylinder for a chevrolet grain truck.Napa wanted 250 for a new wagner one.I found one on ebay for 85 bucks still in the box.I bought a 12 volt flasher for my JD gator at napa.I probably could have bought one at any flea market for a couple bucks,it was 10.52.A friend said they were getting hard up and fleecing everyone they could. He said they look at the parts price in the book and add whatever they think the customer will pay.His son worked there one sommer and quit.I always got good service, guess i'll have to start pricing everything from now on.
