Did a search.There are just 5 companies that use Russets for chips.One of them uses russets,blue and a white patato in a mix.Lays does not cook Russet chips.Look at Taquitos.net to see the facts about chips.Bussets make a brown burnt looking chip.Saw some russet potatoes today.They look dirty even after they have been washed.Lays regular chip were reviewed as greasy.Go look for yourself.Taquitos.net.A potato farm North of me grows 1300 acres of potatoes.They grow for Lays.Chip potatoes have numbers ,not names.They do not grow Russets.They have 3000 acres total.They grow corn and small grains,NO Russets are grown for Lays.....
