Russets are known to make a great chip, here is some info on them, so you wife wont have to use her xray vision to peer inside the sealed package. read this and learn.
There were other chip manufacturers before P-UTZ came along. The reason most people dont want to grow Russet Burbanks it takes some intelligence to keep up on the plant problems,so they try other potato plants that have easier growing conditions and less blight problems, it just don't taste like a potato,but to each his own.
