got a styled allis wc that ran great. engine got 2 gallons of water in it and is stuck. should I put new rings and a d17 head on it or a d17 engine in it which is hard to find. I would like to get 50-70 hp out of it. I lean towards the rings and head beacause i have bad luck and run into trouble when i change things. also need a engine rebuild shop prefer indiana but i drive truck in midwest thanks.
