That being said, Id drive the ground rod outside and the authority or utility may require but one rod,,,,,they may test it and perhaps require a second rod,,,,,,,,they may require two rods to begin with, which I doubt ASK THEM AND DO WHAT THEY SAY NOTTTTTTTTTTT ANYONE HERE
