The real needed legislation is to repeal about 90% of the regulations preventing drilling and producing our own oil and gas. The USA and Canada are on the cusp of energy independence, LNG technology has advanced to the point it is a safe and viable solution for vehicle fuel including 18 wheelers and freight trains.
