The biggest difference between the NAA/Jubilees and the Hundreds is in the tranny and rear axle. The Jube was something of a transition tractor. Ford grafted it's new OHV Red Tiger engine onto what was basically an N Series tranny and rear end. They added live hydraulics to them. They designed the cyclops front end and tin which they used all the way up to 1965. For 1955 they finally got rid of the N style rear end with the goofy, leak prone axles and used the style that they used all the way into the 80s. The Hundreds got better hydraulics too and more tranny gears, possible live PTO and power steering. They also made two different tractors - 600 and 800. 600 had the same 134 ci engine and 800 had a 172 plus a heavier rear end to handle the extra power. NAA/Jube is a stepchild in some ways as the trannys/rear ends are exclusive for only those two years 53, 54. The Hundreds will pretty much swap out trannys and rear ends from 55 to 65 and thus are easier to find used parts for. When you get used to them you can spot an NAA vs a Hundred from a block away as the NAA has the big nut on the rear axle that the Hundred does not have.
