Anything is possible. I'd guess you would put the bottom of the door even with the transmission deck? And then build a ladder to get up to it? Why do you want a side-door? I'd think it would be easier to cut the back out of the cab and climb in that way. Three sides is all you need cuz in the winter you are bundled up for outdoors anyway.
