I have what I believe to be a one way disc plow. It appears to need quite a bit of work to be fully functional again. I have the third wheel and I believe all of the necessary parts. I do not know much about these or their history. Is it worth my time and money to restore this implement, or is it worth as much in scrap? Any advise or insight would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Kevin
