I had a 40x63 Cleary building built in 1992. I would not have them do another one. If you have any problems like I did you'll fight them to get it done correctly. My roof sheets did not overhange the sidewalls but about 5/8" and water blew in under them and rotted out my side door header and other 2x4's along the side walls. They told me this is caused by not leaving the building open that cause the ceiling to sweat and rot the top boards. I have a dirt floor and six windows with two 16x15 ft sliding doors that don't seal along the bottom. A skunk can get in under them so that's how tight my build is. My advice is don't go with a cleary bldg.
