I missed that discussion. How many miles on your Cummins? My '96 has about 280K on it and I'm hoping to do a frame off on it pretty soon because its got to be cheaper than buying new, and I already know what I got, and I'm going for 1,000,000 on it, unless they do away with diesel first. My '02 has about 70K. You paid the $700 difference. Difference in what initially? I haven't had problems, but always willing to learn.
I saw one here at YT the other day where as I recall, a fella is or was retiring his short bed Ford 1/2 ton 4x4 with I think 500K, and I hate to see it, but that's his choice.
