We were laying a new water main down our main drag, and I was helping the guys, flagging traffic. A little old lady came creeping around all the barricades, looking through the steering wheel, and I tried to stop her, I waved the STOP at her, and waved it, and finally put it right down on the hood of her car, right inthe windshield, as she crept past me. She scowled at me, and just kept creeping along. I yelled at the guys to stop the backhoe, and watch out. She just kept on, I guess it just didn't apply to her!!
