Hey I worked for D.O.T on many roads in the area and I learned after they came in and said it was an inch above grade and we spent a week at $50 per hour for 10 truck to haul it off then a week later guess what they said oops we made a mistake so we spent the next week putting all that inch back at $50 per hour for again 10 trucks so yep I know how it works and I know how many city crews are and many have no clue. Like one thing that if you work for the city I am in they ask can you handle standing around holding a shovel but not doing any thing with it for a couple hour if you say yes you get the job if no you do not
