I found them very knowledgeable and helpful, and the price was fair with a good selection. My antenna was damaged when I opened it, I called to ask if they could send me a replacement small circuit board that was damaged, they sent a complete replacement antenna and were very nice about it. They told me to keep the damaged one, no charge for replacement, I thought that was very good service!
