Name is vaguely familiar. Seems like I recall him riding in the Great Lakes Enduro Series....It's been a few years and the memory is fading.
My last year to try to qualify on US 6day team was 1990. Rode club teams in '78, '80, '83, '84, '86 thru '89. Some of the nicest people I ever met in life were woods racers. They weren't all caught up in the "image" thing, just out there having fun. 6-days riders had to have all sorts of skills. Off road, MX, their own mechanic, and their own "bank".
