More times than not, the people don't even realize thier ignorance and actually appreciate/learn from it when you point it out....... Parcel guy that delivers here quite often used to deliver packages and collect signatures with a cigarette in his hand or mouth.... He was fumbling around one day and trying to give me a big box and talk to me around a cloud of smoke. I took the cigarette out of his mouth and threw it in the street drain. He's never had a cigarette when he delivers here since.....
