My F-150 tells me what fluid to use on the dipstick handle. If it's not there figure out what transmission you have- pretend you're trying to buy a transmission filter, the Fram book at Walmart or Fleet Farm will tell you how to ID your transmission. If you're still in doubt after you ID the trans go to your local Ford store and ask the service department what Ford's recommendation is for that transmission.
