I KNOOOOOOOWWWW they say you are sposed to keep the critters off till the pellets have "melted". But it never seems to work out around this outfit. I'll betcha I've spread granular fertilizer on pasture with cattle on it 20 or more times. Never had a problem. Not to say that it wouldn't or couldn't happen, but I've never had an issue.
