Interesting reading what everyone would change on it. I sold a house one time that the realtor strongly suggested I paint a nice earth tone color to help it sell. I also had pretty nice landscaping around it with a nicely shaped Colorado Blue Spruce tree about 15 ft. tall in the yard. House sold right away and the first thing they did was paint the house white, tear out all the landscaping and the guy called me and wanted to know if I wanted the spruce tree. I called the tree mover right away and had it sitting in my new yard that evening. I had good Anderson windows in it also and he replaced all of them with cheap vinyl ones. The shingles were a heavier type that had a lot of life in them yet but he took them off and put cheap fiberglass ones on. So don't get to excited about what others tell you. Make it look like what you like and enjoy.
