You have to live with the market Ralph. Cruise the want ads and Ebay every day. See what stuff is selling for and what is there all the time (common) and what never is (rare) 1/2 is a pretty good rule of thumb but common parts you have to take what you can get. Some stuff is worth more thrown in the iron pile @ 10 cents a pound. One the other hand a part that is well coveted and NLA you just have to pick a price that you think the market will stand. Like the little boy said in the muffler shop ad, "I just ask them how much they have and then I charge that"
