If I read you post right he just took your posts is not that stealing.We had almost the same problem here a house got sold on the corner of my one farm the first owner of the land cut it out 40 years ago when he first bought the land the new owner thought where ever he looked he could roam with out asking everybody land was his to wander on without asking his excuse was I live in the city before I moved here so I don't have to ask he tells us he knows the law and can do what ever he wants and nobody can stop him. and he even had a better one time he didn't have to ask because he was a federal employee (he was in the army for 2 year 18 years ago)he went on the wrong land one time belonging to an older man the old guy pulled a shotgun on him and told him I shot first and ask questoin later no more roamig after that.
