I took out one of the two horns on my 2003 Dodge 3500, added a cheap air horn from Harbor Freight. Took it to Dodge dealer in Houston for inspection, failed - horn was too loud. I reached into wheel well disconnected air line, said try again. Passed this time. Paid the bill, reconnected the air line and went home shaking my head.
