May also need to check both filters, make sure no o ring seals are twisted and seal correctly. Same style filter base assemblies are on most MF tractors, have seen sometimes filter seals twisted, can cause either fuel leaks or air leaks, upper seal is slightly larger than lower. Please let us know what you find, hope it is not too serious.
