Best to ask your Ford questions on the Ford board. It's also best to always mention the year and model of 2000 that you have. Either a pre 65 4 cyl or post 1965 3 cyl model. Assuming you have a 3 cyl model; There are no less than 4 fuel filters on that tractor. First one in the fuel tap at the bottom of the tank. Second one is a screen in the top of the fuel pump on the front of the engine. Third one is a sediment bowl with a screen in it behind the carb. Last one is in the brass fitting where the fuel line goes in to the carb. Make sure they are all clean before making any assumptions about the carb.
