Believe me you do not want to push things or you will learn what it means to hurt 24/7 like I do. If I where to ever wake up and not be in pain I would have to figure I was DEAD. Please do not push your self and if your doctor say 3 lbs is to much then do not lift 2lbs. I have a 5.5 inch scare in my lower back and I hurt all day every day and believe me it is not fun and no drug helps the pain it is just a part of life that is not fun.
