Nobody's mentioned the bull gears are wider in the 4020. PTO speed's easier to change on the 4020. Force the change over on a 4010, it is splitting tractor for fix. 4020 came out with more horses. 4010 easily upped with change over power pack. The 4020 is much more tractor than the 4010.
