thank you guys for all the constructive input. 20x20 was the original thought,since then we have decided to park the truck on our black top driveway and mark out what seems to give us working room all the way around and see how it measures out.I think my biggest worry is good drainage all the way around the pad to keep the water out from underneath to try to stop the frost heaving.I am thinking footer drains all the way around tied into a existing drain system that takes the water away from the pole barn Bill
