Your post is confusing,you say a "load"and then say $500 a unit and then $500 for 1500 mi.,so is it $500,1000,1500 or $2000 or more for the trip.Makes a lot of difference.Sounds like you are a Jockey and want to make money on someone elses back.You sound like someone that would go up to someone(you might know who they are) at a sale and ask them if they have any room left to get their piece on and then have to go out of your way to take it to them and then they hand you a $20 or $50 bill and say that should be enought as you had to make the trip anyway.I have had it happen a couple times and I wasn't expecting $1.50-$2.00 a mile fee,but them offering .10-.20 or less a mile rate and havening load and unload the piece plus the Ins.There are NO free miles as you think.Sorry,maybe you caught a bad day but there are too many people that seem to think your way.
