I'd say back in the day WD and WD45 tractors probably had a larger than normal presence due to strong AC dealers here and seemed to be the preferred tractor amongst the local tightwads. IH lead with Deere and AC close behind in the years prior to 1960. Dad says that Deere thinned the dealer heard in the 1950's and Deere was the clear number 2 even before the New Generation line. A few strong aggressive Deere dealers emerged by the late 1960's and took Deere to number 1 during the booming 1970's. But even then there were dealers of most other colors that did well till the merger days of the mid-1980's. Moline never really did much here and Massey's slump started in the late 1950's here.
