SCC is pretty much just a level of damaged protein. I'd be more consious of bacteria count. Thats what the pasteurization kills. A healthy cow can have high concentrations of e coli on the udder and if they aren't prepped and sanitized properly before milking,you could have some real problems. Even if they are,and the milking machine gets kicked off and sucks stuff off the floor,no good is gonna come of it.
