Back when I was growing up we Milked 3 cows morning and evening, strained the milk through cheesecloth and refrigerated it,I drank at least a quart at every meal and was always to happy to skim a little of the cream off and add to the milk on my post toasties of the morning.I'm sure there was some difficulties years ago, but I'm sure most was the way it was handled.The problem today I feel is all the chemicals we have in our bobies from common food as we know it today, always adding chemicals to take care of this and that,living out here on the road makes it even harder to find something that is decent to eat.
