Sounds like the dumb shlt used a chemical that was banned years ago and then stuck his head in the tank and breathed the fumes and now wants Monsanto to pay. I don't care for Monsantos control over the Ag industry anymore than anyone else, but I don't think they should be sued for someones stupidity. Reminds me of the pothead at my school years ago who was siphoning (stealing) gas and used a lighter to see better in the dark. He couldn't figure out why nobody cared when he burnt half his face off. Maybe he should have sued the Cenex station who sold the gas because there was no label to say don't use open flame while stealing this product from someones gas tank.
