Completely unfeasible, which should be expected. Less than ten top bicyclists in the world can generate one horsepower and that is only for a very limited time span. These leading bicyclists can generate about 1/2 continuous horsepower. How many engine powered mowers do you know that offer less than one hp? An average rider could expect about 1/4 continuous hp. A reel mower is more efficient therefore would require less power, but still well beyond the typical homeowner's capability.
