I recently was at a 4 way stop, and was headed to the corner store at the other side of the intersection. While sitting, waiting for my turn to move, I watched a paper fly out the window of a car at the corner store I was headed for. Then more papers. Then more papers. And more papers. And finally a soda cup with straw & ice. Then the car pulled around by the gas pumps, and parked. I pulled into the parking lot. Gathered up all the garbage thrown out of that car. Walked over to the car. The driver seen me comming, and rolled his window down. I handed him all his garbage back. He apologized, and said he didn't mean to throw it out.
