Wisconsin just passed castle doctrine, all the summaries about I have seen claim in the Wisconsin law if you defend yourself with in the guidelines of the law AND the perp lives to sue you, you can sue the perp AND his lawyer for legal fees and damages, theory is this will cut down frivolous law suites. And the unions are trying to recall our governor, the trial lawyers probably will join the effort too.
