Contact the auction company to get the brand, model #, year, and serial # of the both the ATV and the snow blade. Also ask about the machine's history, the seller's phone # and when/where it can be inspected. The auction company should be happy to supply that information.
The heavy rust on the blade looks like it has been parked in the sun and it has not been used in the last five years or more.
That looks like a 5 or 6 foot blade. That's a big blade for that light of a machine. If it moved much wet heavy snow the machine's drive line could be worn out. Road salt is hard on track idlers and bearings, look it over well.
