I would'nt want a 302 in a 250. My 92 f250 with a 460 didn't get much less mileage than my 95 f150 with a 302 and had alot more power. A 351 gets about the same mileage as a 460 and isn't even close in the power area. My f150 is a gutless gas drinker. A 302 belongs in a car not a pickup.
