I got that one, once, too. I deleted it without opening it.
I get all sorts of wierd stuff, "Final notice from the FBI before we come to arrest you", junk like that. I just click them over to "Spam" without opening them. In fact, anything I don't recognize goes to Spam. I even sent a letitimate business email to Spam, once.
A coupla days later the guy called on the telephone and wondered why I hadn't responded. I told him if he put his real name and organization on an email, instead of just his email address, so I'd know who he was, I'd open it. I think it was a learing experience for him.
