zach, they are pull type racks. this auction is the annual fund raiser for the fairgrounds to help with operationg expenses. a portion of the sale is donated to the fairgrounds. its the first one of the year that kind of kicks off the upcoming spring. see lots of old friends there, kind of a big social event. they load the hay racks with all kinds of odds and ends, tools, ect and have one auction truck doing the racks. second truck handles all the farm equipment. good times, ya gotta come out to one!!!
