Clearing out a fencerow , just couldn't do it to this oak...

Coming down to the end of clearing out an old fencerow. There are two oaks on the end and I just couldn't bring myself to take them down. They are pretty big and are near a low corner anyway. The rest of the fencerow was thorny locust (yuk) and cherry and hackberry. Man were those roots out in the field aways! Lots of firewood and mulch! That's me that painted "save" on the trunks just so everyone knew they were keepers. I love old big trees if anyone has some pics. Hard to imagine they were there before a tractor existed to work this field.
