Possible air flow change with the cover, Look at the way it is designed to move. Possible disruption of the electrical system. Look for places where wires could touch. or high voltage spark wires might arc to the cover. Fuel could be pinched off when the cover is on. These are not rocket engines, but they are particular about assembly. Jim
