Guess I'm gonna have to kick off from sumpin else... Wife brought the upper arm monitor and have been normal. The wrist one still gives wild readings on me but works fine on the wife and matches the arm readings withinn a couple points...... Anyway, just checked and was 130/75.. Still going to the doc and changing eating habits as much as possible and try to take off some weight... Don't know why I was feeling so bad earlier unless I ate something that wasn't doing right or I was a little allergic to.... Looked at the bicycle today but couldn't get over how nice it looks hanging on the wall
Thanks for the tips tho....
