We have an 05 model XLT and is has been a very good vehicle. 3.0 V-6 is so far ahead of the 4 cylinder. The pitifully weak 4 cylinder can't get out of it's own way. Only problem in 149,000 has been replacing coil pack on #3 cylinder, replacing spark plugs and getting rid of those d#*# Continental O.E.M. tires which had every tread belt in them break and became flat sided tires. It is 2 wheel drive and delivers a consistent 20-25 mpg depending whether in town or on open road. We would buy another one and give this one good marks except for the heater could be a little better and you sometimes have to almost spoon feed gasoline into the tank..
