There are pipelines all over Neb without problems so why would one more make a difference. You wount be importing oil from abroad instead using oil from Canada so you use the same ones. We are now improrting oil from other countries and refining it for them and sending gas back to them. Do you have any idea what it a mes to build one up north. You still would need a pipeline to transport the finished product.
