OK I posted earlyer today about baching it. Becasue of that I'm taking care of the wifes chickens (layers). With 19 birds I'm getting anywhere from 11-17 eggs a day. I was under the impression that they only layed once every 2-3 days. Is this normal? Am I maybe over feeding em (keeping food and wather out for em 24-7)? The problem is I've given away 5 1/2 dozen eggs this week and still have 4 dozen in the fridge.
