Gotta laugh about that one. I cracked a sleeve in my 1020 a year ago. Took over a week to finally get all the right parts from DeereMart after all the wrong parts and returns, two hour long drives to the superstore,reordering..... I overhauled an Oliver 1600 a few years ago. Complete overhaul. I called a dealer in Ohio at 2:30 in the afternoon. All the parts were here UPS Ground at 11:20 the next morning. All there and all correct. Want to know how many times I've gotten the right part from DeereMart in the last 8 years?! ONCE! Good luck, because with their "positioning ourselves for the future" masterplan,Deere is going the way of IH,AC,GM,IBM and Sears on a rocketsled!
