I stumped an Ohio game warden when I asked and showed him a 44 mag single shot rifle that can only use pistol rounds in it and has a 26 inch barrel. I asked why its legal to use a 44 mag with a 11 inch barrel and not the rifle. He got his book out and could not really answer my question. He said that it being a rifle would be more accurate than the pistol and being a single shot I don't know why it wouldnt! He told me he would ask at the state level and get back with me, He did and said the only reason it was not legal was it was a rifle but they may allow it someday. Kind of dumb if you ask me. Bandit
