Can I run 16.9/18.4 X 30 tubes in a 14.9 X 30 tire? Taking care of some rust here due to CaCl so broke the tires down. Rims go to the sand blaster tomorrow. I think the old tubes might have been 28" as they were REALLY STRETCHED over the rims so I just cut them out. I will remount the old 14.9 X 30 carcasses for now but will buy 16.9 X 30 when I find a decent used set. I have a real good pair of 16.9/18.4 X 30 tubes but have heard it will damage them if they are bunched up anywhere. Hate to ruin them. Just wanting to get the tractor back on all fours for the time being. I do have some 28" tubes I could STRETCH back in there. Thanks for any advice.
