Those pressures should be fine but like was mentioned, there should be a chart on the Victor site or with the rosebud. Pressures aren't as critical with a rosebud using propane. Propane does have a max. withdraw rate but it is high enough that you won't have any problems like you would with acetylene. Acetylene also has a max. pressure of 15 PSI. One of the reasons for using higher pressures on a rosebud is the flow of the gasses helps to cool the tip preventing backfires which is why you don't throttle back the valves too much if you only need a little heat. Rosebuds should be at least 75% open.
